Studio rental 40.9% - Renting the studio is like our big spender – it eats up a chunk of our money because the prices went crazy high in the last 2 years.

Ticketshop 10% – our way to prevent a super crowded party. It's easy for you and we keep the overview, but it also means more work and spending for us. We've got PayPal fees, credit card bills, and other surprises in there that make the QR codes magic.

Tech & Sound 8.2% – We rent a fancy sound system and a sound tech wizard who sets it all up and takes it down, just for the event! Like magic, but with music.

GEMA, Snacks 7.3% – Yep, we pay GEMA (for copyrighted music), and we also want awesome surprises and fruity delights. Gotta keep the vibe sweet!

Artists 13.5% – Our Ecstatic Dance Night comes alive with a live DJ and musicians who share their awesome beats. And hey, they get a fair paycheck – it’s important to us.

Orga Team 13.5% – These are the cool folks behind Ecstatic Spaces, working not just during events but all week long. We mainly do event management, handle designs, promotions, and make sure everything dances to the right spot.

ES Fund 6.7% – It's like our money stash. We use it to grow Ecstatic Spaces, make it even cooler, and cover ongoing stuff like the website and digital services we use.

Just a heads up, since we launched in 2023, the fund has been on a bit of a diet – still paying off its starting bill.
